Q: What does a typical day look like for you at USAA?
A: My day begins with logging into my system, checking emails, and reviewing any updates. As a chat servicing representative, I assist members with their banking needs, often handling two members at a time. My days are consistently busy, ensuring our service members receive the support they need for their financial well-being.
Q: Why did you choose USAA?
A: USAA’s deep connection to the military resonated with me. As a veteran, I wanted to work for a company that understands and values the military community. USAA’s core values align closely with those of the military, making it the perfect fit for me.
Q: Can you share a moment when you felt especially proud of your impact?
A: One of my proudest moments was being featured in a campaign to help veterans transition from military to civilian careers. Transitioning can be challenging, and being able to share insights and offer guidance to fellow veterans was incredibly rewarding.

A: I’ve strengthened my empathy, active listening, and time management skills. Understanding our members' unique challenges has taught me how to provide personalized, meaningful support.
